In September, Our Bob was involved in a car accident. Despite receiving veterinary care, he sadly never recovered from his injuries, and we had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to him this morning

At the time of the incident, the driver initially stopped and took Bob and my mum to the vets. However, since then, there has been no further contact or contribution, and all veterinary and end-of-life costs have had to be covered by our family since then. Bob’s vet bills steadily increased over the months, and we are now also facing cremation costs so that we can bring him home.

During the accident, my mum was also injured and sustained a torn rotator cuff. She is currently awaiting surgery and has been living with ongoing pain and limited mobility since the incident, which has made this time even more difficult for her.

This GoFundMe has been set up following kind suggestions from others who wanted a way to help. All funds raised will go directly towards covering Bob’s veterinary and cremation costs. None of the money will be kept for personal use. Receipts can be provided if required.
