Toffee’s Medical Expenses

This was written by Toffee’s owner, Hun:
As some of you may know, Toffee was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease called Evan’s Syndrome, where her body destroys her red blood cells and platelets. Her treatment has been very intensive because she was hit hard with the disease. Mason Dixon Animal Hospital has exhausted their resources and we are now at UPenn in Philly to continue treatment. Toffee is getting blood transfusions along with a lot of continued meds and diagnostics tests. Her treatment has cost me close to $10k so far which is a lot for one person to cover. Toffee is a fighter and I believe that she deserves a chance. That’s why I’m trying everything I can for her. So if you’re in the position to donate and can, please do. If not, please share and repost as much as you can. Those who know me, know how important Toffee is to me and my family. I wouldn’t ask if I didn’t need all the help I could get. Thank you ♥️
