High Court Legal Challenge Costs
Donation protected
Following the recent decision by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) granting Irish Cement an emissions licence to incinerate 90,000 tonnes of toxic waste. We, Limerick Against Pollution (LAP), pledge to continue the fight against Irish Cement incinerating toxic waste on our doorsteps.
In order to continue the fight we need your help with funding to cover costs such as, engaging experts in the field of environmental law, legal costs, protest march costs, meeting room hire for public meetings, public information material production i.e. leaflets and posters etc.
Any donation would be most helpful as we are all volunteers and are reliant on your generous donations to help us continue our work in keeping Limerick and Clare free from pollution.
