This is for everyone who has asked if they can help in any way, and I can’t express how grateful I am for people who want to help. There’s no obligation here and I am not demanding anything. 
Susie is my 4 year old mini dachshund that has spent her life enjoying running with me in the morning and playing with her brother Jackson in the back yard. I’ve raised her since she was 12 weeks old.
Despite no warning, Susie lost feeling in her back legs on Tuesday 3/12/24 and even after her surgery there hasn’t been any feeling restored. I still don’t know if there are future surgeries that I need to prepare myself for, but it seems Susie has developed IVDD. A herniated disk compressed her spinal cord and caused damage that may or may not heal.
I’m only asking for half because I can’t bring myself to ask others be fully responsible for Susie’s healthcare. Even then this seems like an insane number to ask for.
I don’t care if I get the goal I am just so happy to even have people offer to help so thank you a million times over and I love you.
