Eelam Covid Relief - Lakshmi Hands

Donations as little as 2000 LKR (£10) will provide the necessities for a single family.
Lakshmi hands has been aiding those in need for over 4 years and have distributed over £50k. Their previous COVID-19 projects have funded over 300 families in many districts. This can be viewed on their Facebook page

Currently, Eelam is struggling due to the outbreak of COVID-19. Many have lost their jobs and are no longer able to provide the necessities of life for their families. The government hasn't prioritized this as a concern. As a result, hundreds of families have lost access to food and are starving.
We hope with this initiative, as the international Eelam community, we can raise adequate funds to provide food for at least 300 families. The government server would be in charge of distributing the money to ensure that those receiving it are actually those in need. Once the project is complete, proof would be posted on the facebook page.
This project aims to aid an additional 300 families, the funds would be distributed to the Vadakku, Killaku, Malayagam and Eelam Tamils in India Camps.
How to get Involved?

1) Take a bite of a lemon/chilli and recite a Tamil Tongue Twister.
2) Donate
3) Nominate 5 people that you would like to see do the challenge
