Myself and my mum will be completing the three peaks of wales in the coming months in memory of my Dad who sadly passed away 6 weeks ago. His passing was due to a heart attack and myself and my nephew have previously had heart surgery, so this charity is very important to us as a family. My Dad was a very proud Welshman so the three peaks of wales seem like a perfect challenge for us to raise money for such an important charity!
