Hello everyone thanks for dropping in a look
The funding is for a vibroacoustic water bed for Lexus
the goverment was going to grant Lexus money out of her self direct payments but sadly with all the cuts that are happening they had to turn us down if you could help in anyway it would be much appratiated
A wee bit of information on Lexus
Lexus was born 7 weeks early weighing in at a tiny 3lb 2 oz by Emergancy c section the first 48hrs was touch and go :( but she defeted all odds :) she has alot of health issues but she is the happiest girl i know always smiling she spent the first 47 nights of her life in SCBU Raigmore Inverness .
Lexus health issuse are cerebral palsy, Epilepsy, hearing impairment ( wears 2 hearing aids ) peg fed ( gastrostomy) and it has just been confirmed that she is blind :( .Lexus cannot comunicate verbally she cannot walk or hold things .
A vibroacoustic water bed would be a beneficial
theroputic aid for Lexus it vibrates and plays music which not only will relax Lexus but help with her 2 senses sound and touch
I have spoken to Learning space and they have managed to get the price of postage down for us the bed and delivery is £1700 plus 8% for using this site which brings the total too £1900 instead of the original price being nearly £3000 for the bed and postage.
If anyone can help it would be much appreciated .
