AWe are setting up a go fund me for Mateo (Mat Moran) of Blue Angel / O’Hanas fame. As many have heard his wife Angela recently succumbed to a long 4 year battle with cancer as has his father in-law William from similar cancer. For the the last 9 months Mat has been unable to work while caring for them. During this period his hips have failed and he can no longer work. This has left him a crushing debt from Angela’s medical and legal bills.

He needs to return to the states to get both hips replaced and hopes to return to Cozumel to continue his life and business. In the mean time their daughter Valentina will continue to run O’Hanas to keep the restaurant going until his return to Cozumel.

At a minimum Mateo needs to raise around $30,000 to cover his debts and impending medical debts. Any help for our friend would be much appreciated.
