Edyson Empeynado Cereno was a loving son, a great brother to two sisters, and an amazing uncle to three wonderful kids. He was diagnosed with a rare stage IV metastatic Adenocarcinoma lung cancer on February 4, 2014. The cancer started from his kidneys, liver, and pancreas but eventually began to spread throughout his entire upper body. Edyson began radiation on March 4th and completed radiation on March 18th. He was feeling stronger and was prepared to begin with chemotherapy pills. On March 20th, Edyson was admitted to ICU and was intubated because he had respiratory distress and a dangerous pneumonia infection. Sadly, Edyson Cereno has lost his fight against cancer on March 23, 2014 at 4:05 PM.
