Edwin’s miracle race

On the verge of Christmas December 23,2021 we got the most horrible news a parent could bare. “ Your son has cancer” just a few days later on December 28,2021 a stage 4 cancer has being diagnosed.

There are so many unanswered questions at this point, yet having to think about being able to afford the treatment for my 14yr old nephew should not be one.

I come to you, my friends, my family, my friends’ friends, and those who I have yet to meet to please help us whether it’s donating or sharing.

I have no Words to express what’s happening. It just doesn’t make any sense. Edwin is a “healthy”,happy young man yet here we are at Stage 4 Hogdkins Lymphoma cancer.

Everything started when Edwin noticed a lump on his shoulder, my sister and her husband immediately called his doctor. Since December 8, 2021 blood work, labs, sonograms, ct scans, 2 biopsy’s later and the most devastating diagnosis. We are now awaiting to choose what route to take for his treatment. One that “we can afford”my sister told me.

I know there’s a lot of good people here and I am once again using this platform because I believe the most for my nephew Edwin can be done.
