Hello friends, families, and kind strangers who might be reading this.

It is with a heavy heart that we share the news of Edwin Fernando Lara’s passing.

Edwin, my beloved brother, from a very young age has always been not only the heart

but also the head of our family. Unfortunately, Edwin did not have a life insurance nor a

will prepared so we are creating this GoFundMe in order to raise funds for his burial and

the legal fees needed to properly send him off.

We never thought that one day Edwin would go to bed, and leave us so suddenly in his

sleep (Sunday, November 12). Nobody is ever prepared to say goodbye to their loved

ones, but we never thought that we won’t be hearing Edwin’s voice tomorrow... It was too

sudden, and nothing could have prepared any of us for this.... Raised by a single mother,

Edwin had to start working from a young age of 19-years-old. For the past 7 years, Edwin

has been the main supporter of our family of four; Edwin (26), Bryan (23), Andy (13), and

my Mom (54). Since my Mom is unable to work due to her condition, I started working as

soon as I turned 18 years old, but my brother has always been the main backbone of the

family.

Born on July 12, 1997 in Southern California, Edwin had to step up at a very young age.

Soon after Edwin began attending College, he had to sacrifice his education and began

supporting us by working at U.N.I.S. as a warehouse personnel where he worked his way

up to a fleet coordinator. Edwin has always been a very charitable person, he always tries

his best to help those in need whenever an opportunity arises. He also enjoyed many

different things such as video gaming, trying new food, listening to many different kind

of songs, and more. He had a great personality and character to family,friends and coworkers. He continued to be overwhelmingly supportive of others and his charismatic approach deemed him to be friendly/amable. I can continue on for much longer/detailed but I fear it would be too long so I will save the rest of my words for the funeral service, so I hope to see you all there.

I would like to share that unfortunately there is no option to finance a plot of land for

burial so we would need to somehow gather $7,500 (tax not included yet) to properly

send him off...

Though the date is yet undecided, we would like to host a funeral service at Rose Hills

Memorial Park as soon as we can. Everyone who has ever personally known Edwin is welcomed to attend and say your last goodbyes, If you would like to express your condolences privately feel to message me. (Phone # in YT video description) Please join us as we navigate
