Edwin and Leo Rivera

Hi my name is Anita Rivera. As the loving and proud mother and grandmother of Edwin (21) and Leo Rivera (19m), I had the misfortune of being informed that Edwin and baby Leo were seriously injured in a 3-car accident on the morning of July 4th in Flagler county (FL). Both have undergone emergency surgeries and are currently stable in Halifax and Arnold Palmer hospitals. Edwin is currently intubated and in a fight for his life. Baby Leo has a broken tibia and will need a cast at not even 2 years old. Edwin is currently breathing with the help of ventilators, eating with the help of the tubes, doing physical therapy every other day, getting MRI’s everyday to monitor his brain swelling and activity. Doctors are waiting for him to be stabilized to be able to operate on his broken hips as well. The bills keep on rising beyond we could ever imagine. Please keep sharing his story, praying and donating. All the money will go to any pending medical bills of the family.
