Collecting .25$ fines for Edward

Edward Francis, the best piano teacher in the world, who teaches so many talented kids, is being treated for a serious illness that will keep him from teaching for some time. It is only normal to show him our support and appreciation for his outstanding commitment to our kids, and start collecting all those 25c fines we owe him to help with his medical expenses and the month(s) he will not be able to teach.
