Edward L. Hall Jr. passed away on December 4, 2020 and was an avid supporter of education, his alma mater Virginia Tech, and the community he lived in for 34 years.
In memoriam, his family is establishing a scholarship fund to provide financial assistance to a Senior High School student currently residing in his community who intends to attend Virginia Tech to further their education.
Ed Hall had great pride in his community and his university.
The goal of this scholarship is to continue to influence both in a positive way.
