Edward Ethier Jr. (Dad)

On January 4th, 2024, we lost a beautiful soul too soon. Fighting a cold for several days, Ed went to the doctor's office and was told he was negative for Flu and Covid and sent home to rest and take over the counter meds. Early morning at 1am Thursday he was rushed by ambulance to RI Hospital with trouble breathing and turning blue. By the time he got to the hospital Ed had gone into Afib and then into Cardiac Arrest which then they did one round of CPR and revived him. Unfortunately, at that time he was unconscious and not responsive with extremely low blood pressure and a heart rate. Soon after Ed passed away. He was a very hardworking man who tried his best every day. He lived paycheck to paycheck like most of us do and had no life insurance or a living will that we know of. Due to the unexpected loss of Ed, we need support to help pay for the cost of cremation and final services. To give a great loving father/grampa a proper goodbye. Anything at this time would be greatly appreciated. For close friends and family, a date for services will be posted at a later time.
