Hi everyone, my name is Terah

I never thought I’d be in a position to ask for help like this, but I’m really worried about my dog, Finn.

He’s dealing with what appears to be a ruptured anal gland that is now infected and leaking. He’s clearly in pain and has stopped eating, and the area is swollen and hard. From everything I’ve read and been told, he needs veterinary treatment as soon as possible to prevent the infection from getting worse.

I’m doing everything I can for him at home right now, but I can’t afford the cost of an emergency vet visit and treatment on my own.

I’m hoping to raise around $400 to cover:

• Vet exam

• Cleaning and treatment of the abscess

• Antibiotics and pain medication
