Hi, my name is Cin Suan. I almost 11 years old and I am half Burmese, Zomi from Chin State. I am raising funds to support education for children affected by the civil war in Chin State, Myanmar.

The funds raised will be used to purchase basic school supplies, including notebooks, pens, backpacks, and books, for children attending community and village schools. These schools are located in the village where my father was born.

This fundraiser follows the same approach as last year. Funds will be collected in my family’s Italian bank account and used solely for the purchase of school supplies. When my father next visits Chin State, the supplies will be brought directly to the village and distributed to the schools with the support of local community members.

The video attached was made by me together with my friends at AKHK - a team of me and my friends that I founded. It is called Adults and Kids Helping Kids, and our group includes my friends from the Philippines, Canada, and Spain, working together to support children affected by war. We made the videos for this fundraiser together. My parents also checked it :-)

The funds will be received in the joint bank account of my mom and dad. My dad will withdraw the funds in person and purchase the school materials as a member of the community having been born and raised there.
