I'm Sara, and Jennifer was my little sister. If you've received this link, you may know by now that Jennifer has passed away tragically, and it's been a devastating loss. Jennifer had a beautiful soul and I miss her so much. She is survived by her three beautiful children, Adelaide, Audrina and Rylan. Jennifer loved her babies and wanted the very best for them despite her challenges in life. We all know it takes a village to raise kids, but now it's up to me, my mom & dad to ensure they have the future Jennifer hoped they would have.

We know Jennifer was loved by many, but our family is grieving, and we appreciate your understanding for keeping the ceremony private and for immediate family only. If you wish to honor Jennifer's memory, please consider donating to the education fund for her children in lieu of flowers or cards. These funds will be managed through a trust to ensure they receive the education I know Jennifer hoped they would have.
