Hello, My name is Pedro De La Rosa, and I was born in The Dominican Republic, Barahona. I’m 18 years old and I truly appreciate you taking a moment to read my Words.

I’m looking forward to better education by going to college in the United States, but, as many of you know, that's really expensive and from where I come it is very hard to find that amount of money. Neither I or my family have the ability to pay for the tuition. I believe that seeking the best education that you can have is the first big step to being successful because education is not preparing for life; education is life itself.

Like Nelson Mandela said “Education is the most powerful weapon to change the world”, it’s because of these and so many other reasons that I'm here asking for your help today hoping that you can help me to take one of the steps that I need in order to pursue my dream and help make the world a better place!
