Hello.

My name is Nikolay and I am engaging in this platform in order to raise some of the much needed funds for the kids my brother Daniel is educating and taking care under his NGO (Smile for Africa Foundation) in Uganda - Dulo Nursery and primary school.

300 students receive free education and lunch thanks to his project in Luwero district, Zirobwe, Kireba village. 60 of these boarding kids, including 2 babies under 1 year old live at the school, which is also their home. Many of them are homeless, orphans or from very poor families. At the school campus they receive 3 meals a day, medical care, clothes and everything they need to survive and have a normal (African) life. Things, which usually they don`t receive outside of this project.

The school has been operating since 2021, but unfortunately the money they receive from sponsors and donors are not enough to finish this school year (started in January and finishes in December).

The school and the nursery needs around $8000 monthly to operate. That amount covers food and salaries for the staff (teachers, cooks, security) - total of 20 workers.

With this fundraising and our support I hope we could at least cover the expenses for a month, getting us closer to the students being able to finish this school year, which is currently threatened due to lack of sufficient funds.
