Education and Medical costs

Hi all. My name is Daniel Lynch, and I'm fundraising for myself to allow me to start treatment in a local German clinic for PTSD. The target is to cover costs so I can attend German courses to be at a level to properly convey my issues and in turn, receive the best possible treatment where I live here in Germany.

I am an ex Corporal of The 5th Battalion The Rifles. I served 2 operational tours during my 10+ years of service. Unfortunately, after those deployments I was affected quite severely. I was diagnosed years later in 2017 with PTSD and after 18 months of EMDR treatment, I was medically discharged.

Over time and with a huge gap in treatment (5 years) my condition has worsened and I'm trying to get the help I need for myself personally and professionally, but most of all for my 10 year old daughter Mila.

My aim is to raise funds to attend the language course and then following completion of the course, attend a treatment facility in my local area.

I will be taking part in an individual marathon if I meet the money target set as a sign of appreciation for anyone who is able to donate. Any amount towards the goal would be greatly appreciated and would help me take the first step on my road to recovery. (The goal amount also includes the cost of some therapy and medications in the meantime before I finish my education).
