The Problem

Girls in the Thar Desert of Rajasthan, India spend 5-7 hours per day collecting water for their families.

As a result, they are never able to go to school.

Project Parivartan

OneProsper International is changing lives of low income families with two girls in the Thar Desert.

Each beneficiary family receives:

Clean water - we build a taanka (rainwater harvesting tank) + biosand filter

Bicycles + School Supplies - we provide girls with bicycles and school supplies

Nutrition - we help women to grow fruits and vegetables for family nutrition

Water Smart Farming - we help women to increase their millet crop production through water smart farming methods
