Eduardo Ramirez passed away on 01/11/2021.  As many of you know,  my Brother was fighting AIDS for many years. Because of the current restrictions, our family has decided that the best way to honor his memory  is to place a plaque on the AIDS Walk Memorial in West Hollywood.
