Greetings. My name is Edward, but I go by Ed. I'm and Air Force Veteran. I'm 64. I spent 30+ years in corporate America. I grew up in the Computer Manufacturing industry. Working for companies that created the Personal Computer market. I aged out of that industry not by choice, in 2022. I found myself looking for comparable opportunities but had to face the sad reality that it's a young person's world. That's what employers are looking for, and I'm not. I cashed out my retirement savings and investments and used these funds to continue to pay bills and rebrand myself in the hopes of finding something to help replace my income. In the meantime my wife became the main bread winner in the family. I won't go into what effect this has had on me. Although I was still contributing but not like I had. Fast forward. I'm in the process of launching my Real Estate business this month. However, I'm at the end of my retirement and investment bucket. I'm looking for operational funding. To be used for licensing, training, access to tools and resources, marketing and advertising, organization and association memberships. I'm not looking to boil the ocean.
