A Tribute to a Mother – Edna Mellers – 09/05/29-18/03/25

Edna Mellers was a mother, a grandmother, a great grandmother and a… guiding light, a beacon of love and strength. Her love unconditional, her sacrifices countless, and her wisdom profound. Her hands always ready to soothe our pains, her arms always open to embrace us. Through her eyes, we saw the world with wonder and hope. Through her strength, we learnt to face life's challenges with courage. Edna had many stories to tell, and so many journeys made. And along the way she made many friends who shared so many fond memories. She went through struggles, that some could not imagine. Edna was blessed with the look of eternal youth, and a spirit that danced freely.

As we bid farewell to Edna on her final journey, I kindly ask for your support in giving her a send-off that truly honours the remarkable person she was. This is a difficult time for the family, and any contribution, no matter the size, will help alleviate the financial burden we are facing. Funeral costs are highly expensive and as a family we have managed to raise a substantial amount.
