Carlos Ruiz

Carlos was a mechanic for the Arlington County Fire Department and loved working on fire trucks. He took great pride in maintaining and repairing them with a big smile on his face. He loved and interacted with all the fire department members and knew everyone's name by heart. As some of you know, Carlos has been fighting cancer for the last few years.
