Dear Friends and family of Edith (Eddy Queens) Emenike,

I am writing to you today to let you know about the loss of our beloved Eddy who gained her Angel wings on Tuesday the 7th of October 2025 at 23:58 at St Bartholomew's Hospital.

Eddy was diagnosed with Myeloma, a blood cancer just over a year ago and truly put up an amazing fight right till the end. But unfortunately, the treatments were not strong enough against this wicked cancer.

I know we are all absolutely devastated and heartbroken from such a huge loss of a wonderful lady with a larger-than-life personality.

I am Jack Sutherland, a family friend and addict who owes his recovery to Eddy’s continuing love and support. I am helping the family to make all the arrangements.

Eddy was an Angel on earth and now has become an Angel in the sky to her family and her large group of friends.

It’s at this point that we all need extra support and love to be able to come to terms with such a tragic heartfelt loss. Eddy would want us all to come together to love and support each other during this difficult time.

The family are in the process of making the funeral arrangements, a memorial service followed by a celebration of life gathering afterwards.

Once these details have been confirmed we will let you know all the information so that you can make arrangements to attend.

As you all know the costs associated with planning a London funeral service are extremely expensive and so we are having to ask for some financial help to give Eddy the appropriate send-off that she so rightfully deserves.
