Edilio Flores and His Road to Recovery

"On January 26th, 2022, Edilio Flores suffered a major stroke while practicing jiu-jitsu. Thanks to the quick action of his friends at Easton, he received life-saving surgery and care. He has been healing and rehabilitating at Craig Hospital. We all know that Edilio has an indomitable spirit, and his family is so grateful for all the support as they navigate his road to recovery."

I'm starting this GoFundMe for my friend and training partner, Edilio Flores. Like many others at Easton, he was a dedicated student and member of our community. The tragedy could have happened to any of us in the academy, and we would rally behind them the same way. We are a family. Edilio is an amazing, hardworking man with a heart of gold. Anything we can do to help him as a community would be greatly appreciated by myself and of course, by Edilio and his entire family.

Caringbridge.org is another website we are going to use to see how else we can help Edilio, Rebecca and their family. This will allow us to assist in other ways with everyday tasks like mowing the lawn and getting groceries. Thank you, everyone, so much for your support.
