Hi, my name is John, and I’m reaching out for help during one of the toughest times in my life. I’m a hardworking man who, up until recently, worked full-time—putting in 70 to 80 hours a week, sometimes 6 or 7 days. I was always able to take care of myself and manage my living expenses.

However, after suffering a recent stroke, my life has changed dramatically. I am unable to work full-time right now, and the medical bills, physical therapy, and prescription costs are overwhelming. I am struggling to keep up with rent and basic living expenses, and unfortunately, I do not have medical coverage at this time.

I’ve always worked hard to make ends meet, but right now, I need the support of others to get through this difficult time.
