Edgar’s Funeral Expense Fund

Dear friends and family,

It is with a heavy heart that I am announcing the death of Edgar Quintero. For those of you that knew Edgar, you knew that he was a fighter. Edgar fought till the very end — so much so, that none of us thought it was the end just yet. He was 37.

They — meaning anyone — will tell you that you should prepare for death. Death is inevitable. No one is too good to beat it. Well Edgar deserved to, if anyone. He brightened the lives of so many with his belly laugh, sense of humor, and selfless means of carrying himself.

He was so rare.As you can imagine, my family was not at all prepared for the financial burden that comes along with a proper funeral service and burial. That is why I am reaching out to you all in hopes that you’ll show your support. Not for me, but for Edgar. Now exactly where your donation will be used, we are planning a modest but proper ceremony. Every little bit helps.

Thank you so much for even considering to donate and for taking the time to read about my sweet Edgar. He loves you. I mean it. Even if he didn’t know you directly.

Es con el corazón apesadumbrado que

anuncio la muerte de Edgar Quintero.

Para aquellos de ustedes que conocían

a Edgar, sabían que era un luchador.

Edgar luchó hasta el final, tanto es así,

que ninguno de nosotros pensó que era

el final todavía. Tenía 37 años.

Ellos, es decir, cualquiera, te dirán que

debes prepararte para la muerte. La

muerte es inevitable. Nadie es

demasiado bueno para vencerlo. Bueno,

Edgar se lo merecía, si es que alguien.

Iluminó la vida de muchos con su risa

abdominal, su sentido del humor y sus

medios desinteresados para

comportarse a sí mismo.

Era muy raro.Como puedes imaginar, mi familia no

estaba en absoluto preparada para la

carga financiera que conlleva un

servicio funerario y un entierro

adecuados. Por eso me pongo en

contacto con todos ustedes con la

esperanza de que muestren su apoyo.

No para mí, sino para Edgar. Ahora,

exactamente donde se utilizará su

donación, estamos planeando una

ceremonia modesta pero adecuada.
