Edgar Jackson Our Hometown Hero

Edgar Jackson is a long time local hero. He has served on the Vernon volunteer fire department for 41 years, in addition to being a loyal friend to many in our town.

Early Tuesday morning, he suffered a medical emergency, and on top of a long road to recovery, he and his family are facing costs associated with a long period of unexpected unemployment.

With the pemission of his family we are raising money to try to minimize costs and make this new chapter easier. Edgar has dedicated his life to helping others. Let's all come together and support Edgar the way he has supported all of us for so many years.
