Final expenses for Anthony Lee Johnson

Hi, my name is Mike Cardarelli and I am creating this on behalf of my dear friend Anthony (AJ) Johnson (AKA) Donavon Cross … to some of you. As some of you may or may not know, AJ was recently diagnosed with a sudden terminal illness which has left him critical and unable to care for himself. AJ is currently living in his home state of Tennessee, under the care of Hospice, while being loved and cared for by his lifelong friend Elizabeth.

Donations made here will quickly go directly to cover out of pocket medical/living expenses that have occurred over the last couple months and any-other expenses that arise in the coming weeks to help with the burden of financial and mental stress.

AJ (Donavon) is absolutely the most unique individual I’ve had the pleasure of knowing and working with over the years out here in Las Vegas. He is a TRUE friend and brother to me and loved by all of us from all walks of life, and loved the same.

If you were lucky enough to know, be a friend or have worked with him you will know that he is a Jack of all Trades, a one of a kind soul who would give you the shirt off his back if you needed him.

Please consider donating anything you can, as any amount will truly help. I will keep this post updated for the many friends, colleagues as his condition progresses.
