We are very excited to teach a Fundraising Pilates and Sound Healing Class this Christmas. All proceeds from this class will be donated to Edel House Cork. Edel House provides emergency accommodation for women and children who are homeless. Supports and resources are provided to women and children within the centre while woman are looking for their own accommodation. We feel this is a very worthy cause and would be delighted to provide this special class in support of their fantastic work.
