While putting up Christmas lights to make the home festive for his wife and daughter, Eddy fell off the ladder and what was meant to be a simple act of love turned into an emergency surgery.

Eddy is currently unable to walk. The road ahead includes extensive medical bills, physical therapy, and months of healing before he can begin returning to normal life.

As the holidays approach, this difficult season has put a heavy emotional and financial strain on the family. We’re creating this fundraiser to help alleviate the medical costs, support basic living expenses during his recovery, and—most importantly—bring back a little Christmas spirit into their home during a time that should be filled with joy, not worry.
