Eddy Cumler

On Saturday, May 2, Eddy Cumler suffered a brain aneurysm and had to be taken to Maine General in Augusta. Once there, doctors discovered she had bleeding in her brain and she had to be life flighted to Maine Medical Center in Portland where she is currently in ICU, fighting everyday. After a couple of procedures the doctors discovered another aneurysm in her brain. She’s had multiple procedures in an effort to drain blood, reduce swelling and fix the damage. She is on her third brain surgery - undergoing a procedure to remove part of her skull to allow her brain more room to swell. She needs a miracle and we’re praying for one. She’s a fighter and she’ll have a long road to recovery, but she can do it!
With all that said, the financial burden of this tragic time is currently an afterthought, but most certainly a reality. It’s too much for one person to take on, but can be eased by Eddys community of friends and family coming together. Please pray for Eddy- an amazing wife, sister, daughter, mother and friend.
