For those that know the Schweibacher family, you know they have been through quite a lot in the past 12 months. Eddie and Laura lost their beautiful daughter, Eleanor, right before Thanksgiving 2020, and now the unthinkable has happened. Eddie has been diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor. He has been hospitalized and has undergone a barrage of testing over the past month, and will be moved to a nursing facility to continue his care. Without family nearby, this has caused an unexpected financial strain for his loved ones. John, his brother, and Laura, his best friend, are trying all they can to help from afar.
John and Laura must coordinate efforts to collect Eddie's belongings, and move them out of his apartment in Canandaigua, NY. Laura will need funds to travel to NY to empty both his apartment and a storage unit, and will possibly need to hire a moving company to pack and relocate these items. In addition, John and Laura will continue to help Eddie with other major expenses for the foreseeable future. They need help in order to carry this burden, and are asking for your prayers, love, and any financial support you can provide.
No family deserves all that has happened in the past year. Eddie is a kind, loving and supportive member of his community, and has continued to touch the lives of all who know him.
