Eddie Hedstrom medevac from Caribbean to Seattle

I am Al Hedstrom and I am fundraising for my brother, Eddie Hedstrom. Ed has ALS. During a cruise to the Caribbean, he could not wake up one morning. Vicki notified the medical department and he was placed on a ventilator. They transferred him to a hospital in Aruba, stabilized him and he is now awake though unable to move. The insurance will only pay for medevac to Florida but not to Seattle. $68,000 is the cost to bring him home.

My brother Loren and his wife Audrey are there with Ed and Vicki and the hotel bill is quickly building. But they can't just leave Ed there and return home.

We are appealing to Ed's friends to chip in to help bring him home.
