EdCamp Long Island 2018

The Fifth  annual EdCamp Long Island will be held October 20, 2018 at Mineola High  School and we are seeking sponsors for this event.

EdCamp Long Island is a 501(c)(3)  Tax Exempt Organization and 100% of your donation to EdCampLI is Tax Deductible.

EdcampLI is a free professional development conference for teachers, administrators, parents, students, school board and community members. We are relying solely on sponsors for funding.

EdCamps follow an “unconference” model in which educational stakeholders come together to share and learn together.  There are no set workshops until the morning of the event when attendees sign up to facilitate sessions.   EdCamps are free and anyone is welcome to attend, no one is turned away.  Last year attendees came from throughout the New York metropolitan area, New England and Pennsylvania.  Participants came all the way from Atlanta, Georgia and Canada for this amazing event.

The EdCampLI Organizing Team is passionate about supporting the work of educators throughout Long Island.  Your support will be used to pay for breakfast and lunch at EdCampLI as well as some supplies and  "swag" for participants.
