My family is in desperate need of your help to save our family home from foreclosure!

This is shamefully difficult to ask. We’ve had incredibly hard times and we have run out of options. This has been our family home since 1980; my dad, “Charlie Tuna,” rebuilt the house himself.

My mom purchased the house in 2010 . May 24 2025 is the 15 year mark of her 30year loan. She only owes 30,000. My mom is still working full-time while being a senior and medically disabled. She is working with a fractured knee that won’t heal and heart problems.

With many hospital bills, my mom just can’t survive on her income. My children and I have helped the best we could; unfortunately, it’s just not enough. It’s put a financial strain on all of us. The mortgage company hasn’t been willing to lower her payments or even work with her.

We need to pay $13,493.49 for them to even consider doing anything to help her, with only $30,000 left on the house in total. This is why we desperately need help.

The stress all this has put on my mom scares me because her health hasn’t been good. She’s been in and out of the hospital for heart problems. I just want her to have a place to live. My heart will shatter if we lose our family home.

Anyone who knows my mom knows she would give the shirt off her back for anyone, and she’s helped a lot of people and their families over the years. She fell into this hardship when her employees robbed her blind, forcing her to close my father’s towing company and go into extreme debt.
