Hi my name is Heather and I’m fundraising in memory of Juana Andrea Ervin - an amazing friend and coworker I had the privilege of working with at John Muir. She was truly an angel on earth and was taken away in a tragic car accident on Mother’s Day on her way to work as an ER nurse in Vacaville. While nothing can change the events that happened, I hope this fundraiser provides some security and help to the family she leaves behind: her 3 children and parents who she loved more than anything in the universe. Juana touched so many of our lives as friends and coworkers across multiple health systems and I know we’re all feeling the loss deeply. She was the center of her family’s universe as the bread winner, schedule coordinator, and Super Mom - our hearts go out to her children, parents, and extended family.
