Ed Kriesel Lung Transplant

Ed is a gradeschool friend, who has been battling emphysema for a number of years.  He is now moving to the next stage, where he will move to the process of assessing his readiness for transplant surgery.  Without a transplant, Ed will continue to decline, and we will loose him.

Ed will require housing in San Diego for three months after surgery, while also maintaining his residence and mortgage in Phoenix.

The urgency of this request is that Ed will need to share with the medical institution his financials and ability to pay.  This process is starting in the coming week.  Once approved, you are given a number, and the waiting game begins.

Two things you can do for Ed.  First, donate to his gofundme account.  Secondly, tell your family and friends to ensure they have donor indicated on their driver licenses.
