Ed Keane Memorial Scholarship Fund

Ed Keane was a 2010 graduate of Wallenpaupack, member of the basketball team and was a resident of Hawley. Ed tragically lost his life on September 30th 2020.

Ed was a very generous and caring person. This is one of the many ways we will continue to honor him while helping others. This scholarship will be awarded to a Wallenpaupack High School Senior this year.

"Applicant must be attending 2/4-year college or trade school. Plus write a 500-word essay on how addiction has impacted you personally & what we can do in our community to help"

Funds will also be raised in his honor at the 1st Annual Ed Keane Memorial Basketball Tournament June 5th 2021 to help build awareness and destroy the stigma surrounding addiction.
