On behalf of our family, we are deeply saddened to share the sudden loss of our father, Edward Herrera. Those who have known him would easily recognize him as a caring and compassionate father and family member. On January 24, he suddenly passed away. While his passing is difficult on all of us, we wanted to reach out to our family, friends, and community for support and assistance helping to cover his burial expenses at this time.

Those who knew our father know that he loved my sister Catherine and me unconditionally. He was the greatest supporter of both of us, and he was our greatest fan no matter what activity or avenue we have pursued. Luckily, we have picked up some amazing traits from him. As many know, he was the type of guy who could come up with a quick joke or a quick quote from a classic movie. He had such good energy that people enjoyed being around him.

While our family will have to figure out how to deal with his sudden loss in the days ahead, we hope to garner some support from our community so we can grieve without worrying about some of the financial constraints that come with an untimely passing. Any assistance you can give will be much appreciated. We thank you in advance for your kindness and compassion. As my Dad would be quick to give anyone the shirt off his back, I know that he would be grateful to see people coming to his family’s aid this one last time.
