On April 24, 2017, Annette Moreno, was a passenger on a motorcycle that crashed on the 52 in the East San Diego Area. Annette suffered major injuries, the most concerning of which is a head injury for which she remains in a coma at a local hospital.

Once they have been able stabilize her head injury and understand the full effects, Annette will need six (6) surgeries for other injuries sustained, including her pelvis, hands, legs, feet and ankles. She suffered a severe enough elbow injury that they are conducting that surgery today.

Annette is 19 year old girl with family and friends that love her. She recently obtained a certificate to be a Certified Nursing Assistant, and was enjoying being young and free. Family means everything to Annette and I am hopeful I can raise money so the family does not have to decide on medical options because of lack of money.

This accident will greatly effect Annette’s future and it will be a long long time before she can work again. I am reaching out to the community to help raise money for the endless medical treatment Annette will need, and to help her family cover the expense of missing work to be with her during this trying time.
