Donations in Honor of Sam Tharp to “Brother’s Emergency Fund” is supported by donations in honor and memory of Eastern Connecticut State University Rugby players.  It is designed for the financially aid fellow rugby players (or designee) in need.  This is for emergency and immediate funding of the player or designee.
