Hi friends, my name is LaShay, and I’m the founder of Grounds for Change — a podcast and movement that connects coffee culture, community, and global impact with a special heart for Uganda.

Uganda is home to my two sisters, Jane and Shalom, who have become family and inspiration. Jane is an educator leading a village school, and Shalom is a basketball player and artist with big dreams for her community. Together, we’re building a bridge of hope — through storytelling, school support, and faith-filled conversations that connect people across the globe.
