Young people are the driving force behind many of the developments we see in our world today. Their energies, uniqueness and tenacity, are shaping our world in ways we never thought was possible. There is a need to bridge the gaps that exist between the kind of education young people get and what is required in the ever-evolving global labour market!

At THRiVE, we are committed to lowering the barriers that exist to the economic mobility of young people in Africa. We provide contextually designed learning experiences and resources to support young people in becoming transformational leaders. We believe there is an abundance of talent in Africa, and opportunities can be too.

This is why we are fundraising for the LaunchPad program.

"The Launchpad" Program is a transformative, four-month immersive fellowship experience aimed at equipping young people with core skills and knowledge demanded by the rapidly evolving job market. With over half of Nigeria's population comprising young people and an alarming 33.5% unemployment rate, it is crucial to take proactive measures to empower and uplift this vital demographic. Through The Launchpad Program, we seek to provide young individuals with the tools and experiences they need to overcome the challenges they face in accessing quality education and securing sustainable employment.
