My name is Mallory, I am a health and environmental advocate as well as a small business owner. Made with love in San Diego, California, I make healthy candy bars, "The Alternative Candy Bar." It all started with a passion for culinary art forma young age. When my mother got sick with cancer, and eventually passed away, I felt great honor in cooking for my family and even went vegan for a few years where I was forced to get creative with plant-based creations.

The passion for healing food never left, and my journey has always involved either providing healthy food for my family and others or actually cooking for them.

These sweet treats have become pretty-well loved by my family, friends, and community.

I currently use single use packaging that isn't as eco-friendly as I would like, and since day one, that has been my goal. When I first started drawing ideas for what I wanted it to look like, the bar was wrapped in a biodegradable plant based material.
