Eckerd got ran over

My Indoor cat, Eckerd, got out and was ran over by a car on the night of 6/25/2020. I rushed him to Carolina veterinary associates once I found him on the morning 6/26/2020. he had received multiple fractures including a mandibular symphysial fracture, right zygomatic arch fracture, maxillary sinus fractures, and caudal sacral fracture with a tail pull injury. he had to receive mandibular symphysial repair which included him having to have his mouth wired and a feeding tube placed. He has to have the feeding tube in for at least two weeks until we can try to start introducing food into his mouth. along with that he is unable to urinate or defecate on his own due to his tail pull. he has to see a neurologist regarding this. he may not be able to gain the ability to urinate on his own. his zygomatic arch fracture caused his right eye to sink in a start pooling with blood. we do not know at this point If he will regain vision in his eye or not. VERY long story short he has been through a significant amount of trauma n his life has been altered to an unknown amount. I was blessed enough to have a credit card with just the amount I needed for his emergency care however I will not be able to pay for after care and follow up visit requiring more surgery and specialty visits. I appreciate everyones support and willingness to help me get Eckerd back to his normal self. Thank you so much. Much love to you all.
