Help Heal Ali

After being bitten by a dog earlier this month, Ali has been in and out of the hospital; most recently due to the bite getting infected. She has had stitches several times now, and now faces the chance of having to get surgery on her hand to help repair the damaged nerves.

Ali is a kind, caring, and wonderful friend who goes above and beyond to help those that she loves, and she was only trying to help a friend move when the owner's dog got loose. She was bitten badly on the wrist/arm when she attempted to catch him so he wouldn't get into the road. The owner did not have renter's insurance or funds, so all medical costs have landed heavily on the family.

I am making this GoFundMe as a close friend to help her and her husband recover some of the out-of-pocket costs they've had to put out with the ER visits, medical supplies, and time off work that Ali has had to take due to the injury.

We will know on Wednesday whether she will need surgery, and if she does, the goal fund will be increased to include surgery costs and loss of wages for recovery.
